Kus Culture, a dynamic e-commerce brand specialising in hair care products, aimed to strengthen their online presence and increase revenue. Recognising the potential for growth through improved user experience, they focused on optimising their Shopify website for higher conversion rates.
Key features were integrated into the site, such as prompts for free shipping thresholds and upsell opportunities. Dynamic notifications like "Only $37 away from free shipping" encouraged customers to add more items to their cart. Upon adding products, customers received real-time updates on their progress toward free shipping without leaving the shopping experience. These strategic enhancements significantly boosted conversion rates, with one in every two sales utilising these features.
Personalised experiences driving engagement and nurturing leads
To further connect with their audience, Kus Culture introduced an interactive Hair Quiz built with Typeform. This lead magnet provided personalised hair care recommendations based on individual responses, seamlessly integrating users into a nurturing sales funnel. The quiz's sophisticated conditional logic ensured tailored results, enhancing customer satisfaction and encouraging product purchases.
Complementing these efforts, creative campaigns like the viral Sabrina Carpenter Black Friday promotion and a heartfelt brand story video deepened customer connection and brand loyalty.
