With a network of stores across Queensland and a rich history dating back to the ‘70s, Cairns Hardware needed a fresh approach to connect with both long-standing customers and new audiences. They tasked Bang Media with creating a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, focusing on video content and social media engagement.

The campaign was driven by Cairns Hardware’s ethos of service, relationships, and expertise. Through engaging content, we personified their brand and brought their friendly company values to the forefront. The resulting videos were used to promote upcoming sales and reinforce their market leadership.

One of the standout pieces was the Brand Story, where we worked to capture the essence of Cairns Hardware’s history and dedication to their community. Alongside this, we produced a series of Social Media Reels, aligning with key events like their Father’s Day campaign. These reels helped solidify their connection with the community, promoting their industry expertise while keeping the tone light-hearted and engaging.
