IDEXX, a global leader in diagnostics and software for animal health, hosted a multi-day conference in Cairns to connect team members from various regions. Focused on celebrating achievements and aligning future goals, the event also provided an opportunity for hands-on learning, networking, and team-building activities.

Our team was enlisted to document the event in its entirety—from keynote presentations and breakout sessions to social gatherings and awards ceremonies. In addition, we set up an on-site headshot station so that attendees could update their corporate and LinkedIn profiles, reflecting a cohesive and professional brand image across the organisation.

Over the span of several days, we recorded memorable moments that showcased IDEXX’s collaborative and innovative culture, culminating in a high-energy highlight reel. Complementary still photography focused on candid interactions and keynote presentations, illustrating the vibrant personality of the team and the depth of their expertise.
