Reef House has been a staple of Palm Cove for over 47 years, offering adults aged 16 and over a peaceful getaway among swaying palms and tropical skies. Seeking to modernise their digital presence, they aimed to highlight the historical charm and unique amenities of their beachfront retreat—from the Brigadier’s Honesty Bar tradition to indulgent cooking classes led by skilled chefs.
Our team was enlisted to provide photography and videography that captured both the rich history of Reef House and the day-to-day experiences guests can look forward to. By focusing on signature activities, serene accommodations, and the lush tropical surroundings, we presented the personalised, restful vibe that makes Reef House stand out as an upscale escape.

Through carefully planned photo shoots, we showcased the property’s picturesque spaces, mouthwatering cuisine, and adult-only amenities. The final images were polished and optimised for use on their website, social media profiles, and electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns.
Meanwhile, our videography efforts produced short, impactful reels ideal for social sharing and longer-form cooking videos that dove deeper into Reef House’s culinary experiences—perfect for their YouTube channel.
