Project Summary
Between the 9th-11th of May 2023, the Queensland Legislative Assembly met in Cairns for the 6th ever regional sitting of Queensland Parliament. The Regional Sitting provided locals with the opportunity to view first-hand democracy in action, including a full week of parliamentary sitting, Junior Indigenous Youth Parliament, Regional Youth Parliament and school visits.
Bang Media was honoured to be asked to capture video and photography content over the duration of the week to help document this historical visit.
